Latest Update

2/16/2026- The contractor installing the steel structure started on December 1st to erect the building and is making good progress despite heavy winds and some snow. The exterior structure of the building is complete and next is interior wall insulation.

3/23/2026- Fundraising Update: We have completed the steel structure and our building is ‘dried in’. Fundraising for the interior wall insulation is complete (Thanks to God helping us with the Italian Breaking Bread FUN-raiser Meal. Insulation has been ordered and when it is here we will install it.

Next Milestone

Our next milestone will be when we get the interior wall insulation installed.

Current Phase of Construction

We are into “Phase 4a” of construction.

Phase 1 – Planning, engineering & steel building structure [completed & paid for]

Phase 2 – Underground utilities, footings, and floor slab [completed & paid for with part of a loan]

Phase 3 – Building erection including insulation, doors & windows [completed except for wall insulation]

Phase 4 – Wall insulation, dying of the concrete as flooring, 2nd level & interior framing

Phase 5 – Vestibule (front entry doors), rough-in for plumbing, electric and heating & air conditioning, Connection Corridor, Interior sheetrock & finishes

Phase 6 – Parking, water, and septic system

Phase 7 – Media, furniture, kitchen and elevator

Next Funding Goal

We have completed phase 4a fundraising of roughly $22,075 to purchase the wall insulation. The insulation has been ordered so we can install it and then begin fundraising for interior framing materials.
