Helena’s newly elected city Mayor has called a Special City Commission Meeting to be held at the Civic Center on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 5:30 pm. During this meeting, the Commission will discuss the Attorney General’s letter received March 10, 2026, and consider action, including potential rescission of the Resolution 21062, which relates to Memorializing the City of Helena’s Policy when Federal Immigration Enforcement Actions are Present Within City Limits.

The Meeting will be conducted in-person in the Civic Center auditorium, as well as online via Zoom as indicated below.
