What Does Mountain Family Fellowship Believe About Giving?
We believe Gods Word that says:
“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” (NKJV, 2 Cor 9:7)
Giving furthers the Kingdom of Heaven here on earth. Giving is demonstrating good stewardship of the provisions God has blessed us with. Further blessings come on those who give with a joyful heart. It is an act of worship and an integral part of the Christian Walk.

Here is where your money is going
Missions: We send money to missionaries all over the world, Here, Near, and Far, to those in our own community, to missions throughout the United States, and to World Missions in Africa, the Middle East, and Other Countries. General Fund: The General Fund allows our church to keep running, paying salaries, covering building expenses and supplies, and a wide variety of others costs. The fund can be used wherever it is needed most. This is where your tithe goes (unless otherwise directed). This fund is what keeps the lights on and supports our pastor, furthering the kingdom right here in this church.
New Building Fund: This fund helps pay for our planned new building. Every donation given to this fund goes to supplies to build our new church so we can expand to accommodate more people, grow our family, and expand to even more ministry opportunities. Mountain Family Academy: If you give to support Mountain Family Academy, you are providing resources to aid in paying tuition, book fees, and other expenses related to our discipleship high school, providing opportunities for students to find their calling and grow closer in their relationship with God. Our Church Tithes Too!
From every donation made to our general fund, Mountain Family Fellowship also tithes to other ministries. We believe in the power of multiplication in giving so we give 10% or more from our own profits back to the kingdom of God through other ministries.
What has your giving accomplished in the past?
The Helena Hope Center: In the past, generous giving from Mountain Family Fellowship congregants helped pave the way to the creation of the Helena Hope Center, a women’s recovery center in Clancy, MT. The creation of the Hope Center has allowed many women from all over the US to find freedom from addiction, recovering with the foundation of a relationship with God to guide them on their journey. Options Clinic: Recurring giving campaigns help support the Options Clinic in Helena, offering support to mothers, babies, and families facing pregnancy. Options offers a variety of services and provides options for families facing difficult choices. Mountain Family Fellowship’s support helps fund the group and help the Helena community as a result.
